Erin started creating leather pieces in 1999 while studying shoemaking in London. She opened her 

beautiful store-front/studio in the historic Chinatown district of Vancouver in 2007. Erin loves to make 

minimal,versatile and structurally strong designs that people can blend in to their own personal style

 and truly make their own.

These gorgeous bags and accessories are all handmade and many are made from recycled leather.

New Arrivals : groundhog | Spring 2013

Groundhog Spring 2013 shoes are here!

We can't tell you enough good things about Groundhog. Most of these leather shoes are made in Portugal and the company has made a real commitment to produce them in an environmentally responsible way.

The leather uppers are semi-vegetable oil tanned which reduces the chemical content of the tanning process. The outsoles are made with natural and sustainable crepe rubber, and the soles are made from natural cork and natural latex rubber. This makes the soles biodegradable! Their fabric linings and top socks use bamboo charcoal, which resists bacteria and absorbs moisture = prettier smelling shoes!

They even use recycled shoe supports in their packaging!
