Groundhog Spring 2013 shoes are here!

We can't tell you enough good things about Groundhog. Most of these leather shoes are made in Portugal and the company has made a real commitment to produce them in an environmentally responsible way.

The leather uppers are semi-vegetable oil tanned which reduces the chemical content of the tanning process. The outsoles are made with natural and sustainable crepe rubber, and the soles are made from natural cork and natural latex rubber. This makes the soles biodegradable! Their fabric linings and top socks use bamboo charcoal, which resists bacteria and absorbs moisture = prettier smelling shoes!

They even use recycled shoe supports in their packaging!

out of Vancouver, and has been making gorgeous shoes since 1970!

New Fluevog now here!

We've recieved new Fluevog's, and we think lovers of this brand will be very excited! 

The quality and craftsmanship of these designs make them more like pieces of art 

rather than shoes.

Many of these shoes are hand-made in places such as Peru and Portugal, and use eco-friendly 

veggie-tanned leathers. Most of the soles are made of Tunite which is a rubber mixture 

produced in Portugal or they use a 100% biodegradable Havea latex sole.
