Velvet Snow is designed and made by St. John's own Kim Cleary. We love supporting local designers!
Kim makes many of the resin floral elements in her designs by hand, carefully
 choosing their colour, mixing ingredients and pouring them into moulds.
Then she buffs and sprays them until she has the desired matte or glossy look!

These charming, feminine, vintage inspired pieces will be sure to strike your fancy, 

and make great gifts as well. We are loving all the pastel colours for Spring!

New Arrivals: Genevieve Savard Feather Earrings

Designing since 2005, Montreal's Genevieve Savard is a self-taught designer, 

creating both fashion and accessories. We carry her lovely hand-made feather earrings, 

and each pair is unique! We have earrings in a mix of dark green, and neutral feathers.

 Vancouver designers, Wade Papin and Danielle Wilmore, use 19th century wax 

seals and reclaimed sterling silver and bronze to create these beautiful and 

meaningful pieces. For an additional price, they can even be made in 14K gold.

Birds of a Feather

Birds of a Feather designer Sophie Alden hails from Vancouver, Canada. 

This is her second jewelry line (after Lisbeth) and is much more 

bolder and edgier; not to mention affordable. 

In 2012 Sophie wanted to display a different, more rock 'n' roll side of her 

personality and so created Birds of a Feather full of chain, studs and spikes. 

This line has become very successful in the short time since it began and 

is carried in stores across Canada and the US.

Montreal designer Tamara Bavdek started this jewelry line in 2008. Her bold 

yet delicate designs are inspired by the 60s and 70s, and are perfect statement pieces.

Tamara is and Industrial Design graduate from the University of Montreal, and loves all 

types of design. She mainly uses lace in her jewelry designs, and she believes 

that "lace is to textiles what gold is to metals and diamonds to rocks". 

These accessories are a great way to add a touch of a feminine
