Interesting Facts about Glerups:
In 1993, Nanny Glerups made for the first time a pair of slippers from natural wool from her own Gotland sheep.
Friends and family received them so well, that Nanny started a small hobby production.
Glerups are made from 100% pure wool and through it's own chemical reaction releases heat when it becomes damp. Glerups are encouraged to be worn without socks to keep feet dry and toasty.
